Advanced Adhesive Approach to Support a Minimally Invasive Full Mouth Rehabilitation
Orta A, Newberry N, Torosian A and Masri R
Patients who exhibit severe loss of tooth structure are challenging to rehabilitate. Conventional treatment of these patients may require adjunctive procedures of surgical crown lengthening, elective endodontic therapy and placement of posts and cores to retain full coverage crowns as part of a full mouth rehabilitation. Minimally invasive approaches to treatment of these patients provides opportunity to conserve tooth structure and to reduce adjunctive procedures by using an advanced adhesive approach to retain all ceramic partial coverage restorations as part of a full mouth rehabilitation.

Bessa L, Fonseca J, Cardoso JA, Salama M, Sailer I and Azevedo L
Computer-aided implant placement (CAIP) offers improved accuracy and reduced invasiveness. However, traditional static CAIP (sCAIP) protocols for complete-arch restorations often involve multiple guides and clinical steps, increasing the risk of soft tissue trauma and procedural complexity. This article introduces the B-guide technique, which integrates implant placement and interim prosthesis delivery into a single device to simplify the procedure and minimize tissue damage.

This article aims to describe a new technique for predicting the results of resin infiltration procedure in molar incisor hypomineralization lesions, named Infiltration Monitoring by Transillumination. The technique involves the use of transillumination together with ethanol application during the steps of lesion body opening and resin penetration. It provides color contrast that enhances the removal of the less porous surface layer and controls the effectiveness of resin infiltration within the lesion.
